The skull on Citadel
Go to the over shield in forge mode look for the triangles on the walls fly up to them and you will see the skull.
Cidmaster achievements
Deja Vu- you complete Coastal Highway on 4-player Legendary Live co-op, with Iron skull activated, and not using the Warthog or Scorpion at all. It is worth 25 points.
Endure-it is unlocked when you play on Firefight, on any mission, and pass the 4th set (the 12th round and 60th wave) on 4 player Heroic co-op Live. It is worth 25 points.
Vidmaster achievements
Classic-Finish any level on legendary mode solo without firing a shot or grenade-25 points.
